As noted above, for any changes to your booking, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
Property Descriptions
All accommodation descriptions provided on paxosholidaystays.gr are prepared in good faith. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information, details such as furniture or amenities may be subject to change. Litsa Apartments is not responsible for elements outside of our control.
Amendments by the Property
Should it become necessary to make changes to your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to offer alternate accommodation of equal or higher standard within Paxos. If no suitable alternative is available, you may opt for a full refund of the unused portion of your booking. We do not accept liability for other losses such as flight changes or related travel services.
Occupancy and Conduct
The accommodation is reserved only for those listed in the reservation. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Breaching this rule may result in termination of the stay without refund. Guests are expected to respect local norms and property rules. Misconduct, damage to the property, or disturbance to others may lead to immediate eviction at the guest’s expense.
Issues During Your Stay
Should any issue arise during your stay, you are advised to inform the property manager or service provider immediately so the matter can be addressed promptly. Most problems are resolved on the spot. If further action is needed, submit a written report to the accommodation provider and retain a copy for reference. Claims cannot be pursued unless this procedure has been followed.
Travel Documents
EU citizens do not require a visa for travel to Greece. Non-EU travelers must check with their local Greek embassy for the latest entry requirements before departure.
Check-in / Check-out
Arrival and departure times will be specified in your booking documents. Generally:
Check-in: After 16:00
Check-out: by 11:00 on your departure day
Damage and Breakages
Guests are liable for any damages or losses caused during their stay. Please report any issues upon arrival to avoid disputes. Any damages found during or after check-out may be charged to the guest.
Health and Safety
Please be aware that health & safety regulations in Greece may differ from those in other countries. Guests are advised to take reasonable precautions, such as familiarizing themselves with fire exits and checking the depth of swimming pools where not clearly marked.
Additionally, during the warmer months, mosquitoes can be common, especially in the evenings. We recommend bringing insect repellent or using protective measures.
The Greek summer sun can also be very strong, even on cloudy days. To avoid sunburn or heat-related discomfort, guests should use high-SPF sunscreen, stay hydrated, and seek shade during peak hours. Personal responsibility is essential for a safe and enjoyable stay.
Local Construction and Noise
While Paxos is a peaceful getaway, the summer season is also a busy time for local life and development. Guests may occasionally encounter noise from nearby maintenance or construction work.
While we will inform you in advance of any major works, everyday noise or minor disruptions are often beyond our control.
