You may cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours of making the reservation.
To do so, please send us an email at [email protected] with your booking details. After the 24-hour window has passed, your booking becomes non-refundable, and the full amount will be charged. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early checkouts.
